These terms govern the relationship between you (referred to as "You," "the Customer," or any other term reasonably defining the individual agreeing to or using our services) and FlamyHost (referred to as "Us," "We," "Our," or "the Company").
By purchasing any service from our website, you accept and agree to be bound by our Terms of Service. We retain the right to cancel, suspend, or terminate any service provided, with or without a refund, notice, or warning, for any reason deemed necessary. Furthermore, we reserve the right to modify our Terms of Service at any time without prior notification to the client. It is your responsibility to periodically review the most recent Terms of Service. Failure to comply with the updated Terms of Service may result in the termination of your service at our discretion.
By purchasing a Minecraft server from our website, you agree to the Minecraft Usage Guidelines. If your server is found to be in violation of Minecraft's Usage Guidelines, it could be suspended until you have removed the violating content.
At FlamyHost, safeguarding user privacy is our top priority. Every team member is mandated to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA), ensuring the confidentiality of user information.
If a user chooses to share their account details, FlamyHost cannot be held accountable for any subsequent incidents. It is the sole responsibility of the client/user to maintain the security of their accounts, regardless of the FlamyHost platform used.
Clients are tasked with enhancing the security of their accounts by implementing either a strong password or enabling two-factor authentication.
We exclusively process payments through Stripe's gateway. Currently, FlamyHost does not accept any other forms of payment.
Invoices are generated 7 days before the due date specified on your billing page. Payment will be attempted 1 time the day before the due date.
If payment for your service is not received by the specified due date, your service will be suspended. You will receive 3 reminders prior to suspension.
Failure to make payment within this period will result in the termination of your service, with all associated data being permanently deleted. Please note that terminated services do not automatically reactivate upon payment. You must submit a support ticket to request either a refund or reactivation of the service.
We offer refunds for all payments within 48 hours of the original transaction.
Refunds are issued to the original payer and are processed only upon confirmation of an associated invoice ID linked to the payment gateway.
The refunded amount will exclude tax fees charged by the payment gateway. Overcharges can be refunded within the first month of the charge; thereafter, they will be treated as regular payments.
Add-ons are non-refundable.
Initiating a chargeback will result in automatic closure of your account and termination of services, with all associated data being permanently deleted. Details of the dispute will be provided to the Gateway provider as evidence against the client's actions.
To avoid a chargeback, it is recommended to open a support ticket in advance to discuss your concerns with a FlamyHost staff member and determine if you are eligible for a refund.
If you do not wish to continue your service, you will need to submit a cancellation for the service from the FlamyHost client area.

Affiliate withdrawals can only be made to your FlamyHost credit balance or an external withdrawal via PayPal.
Affiliate successful referrals credit 10% of the referred purchase and will be available to cash out 30 days after the successful transaction.

Any abuse complaints regarding a service of yours will be forwarded to you and will require immediate attention. We may suspend your services until abuse reports have been resolved. If an abuse report is found in favor of the reporter, your services may be terminated.
For certain violations of these Terms of Service, we may endeavor to provide notices or warnings via email or support ticket, however, this is at our discretion.
Generally, any violation of these terms may result in account suspension, termination, or closure without refund.
